The AutoScan Inspec2 is a fully automatic desktop 3D inspection system designed specifically for acquiring 3D data of small, precision components. With a scanning accuracy of up to 10μm, it delivers high-quality data details and true-to-life color reproduction. Featuring an integrated design, it enables one-click fully automatic multi-angle scanning. Equipped with intelligent rescan algorithms, the system automatically plans rescan paths to capture missing data. It also incorporates a self-developed 3D inspection module certified by PTB, enabling rapid 3D scanning and dimensional measurement. The system is widely applicable in various fields such as quality control, product design, and reverse engineering for small-sized parts.

High-fidelity texture and color. Through the texture module, it can capture the full-color texture information of objects in real time, truly reproducing the visual appearance of the actual objects.

Outstanding data details Equipped with two 5-megapixel industrial cameras, it presents data details with high resolution, restoring the geometric features and surface details of the object.

Fully automatic and highly efficient scanning: The integrated body features a three-axis design, enabling one-touch operation for automatic multi-angle scanning. Intelligent algorithms automatically plan rescan paths to capture missing data, while also supporting path storage for batch scanning of repeated samples.
